I will never use Allianz insurance again and don't recommend anyone to buy the insurance from them. I had a health insurance from Allianz in Poland and few days before the end of the insurance contract they refused to cover one of the tests which should be covered by the insurance contract. They said that they will not pay for the test because the the doctor, who sent me for this test is not covered by my contract. But the test IS COVERED. SO after I paid for the consultation with the doctor myself, they said that they will not pay for the test anyway. Completely unprofessional behavior. I recommend you to avoid signing anything with allianz, because you never know what reasons they will find, to avoid doing their part of the deal. PS: You will never find english speaking operator calling them. Despite the fact that they "do have" english support.
